Individual Therapy

For anxiety, trauma, burnout, overthinking, people-pleasing, attachment wounds, and relationship patterns.


This is best if you want:

  • consistent weekly support
  • nervous-system-safe pacing
  • trauma-informed healing
  • EMDR or hypnotherapy when appropriate
  • support while navigating life and relationship stress


Available via telehealth for clients physically located in New York

Couples + Family Therapy

For couples or family members feeling stuck in conflict cycles, communication breakdown, emotional distance, trust wounds, or reconnection work.


This is best if:

  • conversations turn into arguments
  • one or both partners shut down
  • resentment is building
  • you want repair tools and structure

Couples + family therapy is private pay only. Insurance is not accepted.
